30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident with your Mommaloo purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Eligibility
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories that came with it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email).
How to start a return
Email us at morris@mommaloo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please wait for our instructions before shipping anything back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email morris@mommaloo.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
For approved returns, we will provide return instructions. Original shipping is free on all orders; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except where the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
